Training for Changeover Appliance (30/06/24)
This morning, members ventured down to the Acheron River at Dyes Lane to draught water from the river using Alexandra Tanker 1. After each member was instructed on operation of the electric priming system, they delivered water to Buxton Tanker 2 in order to understand the difference between the different size pumps.
Once again we are extremely grateful to Alexandra Fire Brigade for their help with training our members.
