Recruits complete Entrapment Drills (14/06/2024)
Last night the Alexandra Group Recruits finished off their practical training with Entrapment Drills on both twin-cab and single-cab appliances. The recruits will now progress to the Consolidation Day on Sunday followed by assessments next week.
The block course, which comprises all the theory and practical elements of the General Firefighter course, is being run out of the Buxton Fire Station. Last night's session was facilitated by Captain Lund and Lieutenant McGrath from Eildon CFA with the assistance of members from Buxton.
